Judie McKay:

Judie McKay is the CEO and owner of Dacon Technical, a company celebrating 47 years of providing consulting services, recruitment training, and recruitment outsourcing with a focus in Information Technology, Engineering, and Accounting and Finance.  McKay brings with her over 20 years of consulting, recruitment, and management experience continuously focusing on Market & Business Development.

 

McKay's commitment to excellence and her vision for outstanding customer service led her to design a "Raving Fans" Program.  Her team, which is equally committed to quality service, believes that creating "satisfied customers" is not enough, we dedicate ourselves to creating "Raving Fans" who know how incredibly valuable they are to us.  This program includes not only our external customers, but also our candidates, consultants and our internal customers.

 

McKay earned both a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree and a Master of Counseling Degree.  She has a broad background in personal development and was a certified trainer for Anthony Robbins and is currently an Associate Trainer for John C. Maxwell.
